Shipping policy

Free standard shipping to the contiguous United States.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 5–11 business days after dispatch.
You receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we will reship it or refund you in full.

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing lucasrito90@gmail.com with your order number.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, send us a photo and we will refund or replace it at no cost. You don't need to send it back.
For change-of-mind returns, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, if applicable, is shown at checkout.
Your order is confirmed once payment is completed. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we refund you in full.
Product photos are representative; minor variations in color or packaging may occur.

We collect your name, shipping address, email and phone only to process and deliver your order.
We share this data only with our fulfillment partner and carrier, and with Stripe for payment. We never sell your data.
We do not store card details; payments are processed by Stripe.
